I’m Jayden, and Builds by Leo is one person working out of Leicester. That’s the whole studio, and it’s deliberate. Ring an agency and you get somebody whose job is to talk to you, who relays it to somebody else whose job is to build it. Things get lost in that gap, and you pay for both people.

I take the brief, do the design, write the code, and if something’s wrong six months later you email the same person. Showing up when someone nearby searches
For most local businesses the search that matters is somebody two miles away typing what you do followed by “near me”, on a phone, while they’re already deciding. Winning that is less about the website than people assume: the biggest single factor is your Google Business Profile, and the site’s job is to back it up and give it somewhere credible to point. So a build here includes the parts that make the two describe one business — same name, same number, structured data naming the area you actually cover.
What I won’t promise
I won’t promise you the top of Google. Anyone who does is either guessing or talking about a search term nobody types. What I will say is that a fast, properly structured site that clearly states what you do and where is the version of your business Google can actually rank — and a slow template with three sentences on it isn’t, whatever gets spent on it afterwards.
Meeting in person
Not required, and most projects run entirely over email because that’s what people prefer. But if you’re in Leicester or anywhere in Leicestershire and you’d rather talk it through face to face before spending money with someone you found on the internet, that’s a reasonable thing to want and I’m happy to do it.

Are you actually based in Leicester?
Yes. Builds by Leo is one person, Jayden, working from Leicester, and it is a service-area business rather than a shop you can walk into. Most of the work is for businesses elsewhere in the UK, but if you are local and would rather meet in person, that is genuinely available.
Do you only work with Leicester businesses?
No. Being local matters if you want to meet face to face, and otherwise it makes no difference at all to the work. Plenty of what I build is for businesses in other parts of the country.
Can you get my business to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is either guessing or talking about a search term nobody types. What a site can do is be fast, properly structured and clear about what you do and where — which is the version of your business Google is able to rank in the first place.
Will you help with my Google Business Profile?
Yes. For a local business it moves the needle more than anything on the website itself, so the build includes making the profile and the site describe one business — same name, same number, and the site's structured data naming the area you cover.
How much does a website cost in Leicester?
It is quoted per job rather than from a price list, because a one-page site for a sole trader and a shop with a hundred products are different work. You see a sample design of your site first, free, before there is a price to discuss.
